The Merlin got it's named from one of the finest piston engines ever manufactured — Rolls-Royce Merlin, the V-12 engine that powered the Mustang fighter jet back in World War II era. The Merlin 296 is an advance timepiece work from Merlin 246. This timepiece features ISAswiss quartz movement with twin time. The dial surface is in dense matte black, which makes all of the markings stand out clearly even under extreme conditions.
