1. How are orders shipped?

For shipping within Malaysia, we ship with Poslaju, Ninja Van, or J&T Express; depending on the location.


2. Do you offer free shipping promotions?

We offer free shipping within Malaysia. Please note that free shipping will be automatically applied to your order on the Check Out page.


3. How long does delivery usually take?

You will be able to receive your purchases within 3 to 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5 to 7 working days for East Malaysia after your order has been accepted. Orders placed on Friday (after 2pm), Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

In all cases, The Watch Library Co. reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be shipping delays.

5. What happens to parcels lost in transit?

Upon verification of a lost parcel, we will replace or refund, depending on the stock availability.


6. How do I track the shipment?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email from specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
